Software QA Engineer (Manual) for enterprise product integrations, validating front-end, back-end, and endpoint functionality across supported configurations.

What you'll do

• Validate front-end, back-end, and endpoint functionality across product components.
• Define best practices and act as the domain expert for Jitterbit product testing.
• Establish and maintain test environments and assets across supported configurations and endpoints.
• Review requirements and designs with Product Management and Development, providing bug and improvement feedback.
• Design and execute comprehensive, risk-based test strategies for frontend and backend systems.
• Validate APIs, integrations, data indexing/search accuracy, and message reliability under load.

What you'll need

• 8+ years in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering with progression across multiple releases and product cycles.
• Experience designing and executing end-to-end test strategies for frontend and backend systems.
• Proven ability to build, configure, and maintain stable, production-like test environments.
• Ability to write high-quality bug reports and define quality metrics and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience contributing in Scrum/Agile teams, including influencing acceptance criteria and embedding quality in the SDLC.
• Skilled in testing SaaS/iPaaS and cloud systems across Windows and Linux, including Docker/Kubernetes deployments.
• Strong experience validating REST/SOAP APIs and testing integrations with databases and CRM/ERP systems.
