Overview

Implement and migrate customers from Active Directory, Okta, and other identity management directories to the JumpCloud platform through structured, efficient, outcome-based engagements. Serve as a trusted technical bridge between JumpCloud and customers from implementation through continued expansion and use of JumpCloud.

What you'll do

• Implement customers onto the JumpCloud platform.
• Migrate customers from Active Directory, Okta, and other identity management directories to the JumpCloud platform.
• Leverage your expertise and all available JumpCloud resources during customer engagements.
• Work with a wide variety of customers on structured engagements.
• Provide a strong trusted technical bridge between JumpCloud and customers from the start of implementation through continued expansion and use of JumpCloud.
• Develop partnerships with customers to gain insight and operate at a high level to enhance their customer experience with JumpCloud.
