Specialist, Infrastructure Engineering

Overview

Operate and improve reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role focuses on automation, observability, incident response, security, and service performance.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain highly available cloud architectures.
• Deploy and optimize cloud resources with Terraform and Ansible.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and logging across observability tools.
• Lead incident triage, mitigation, root cause analysis, and reviews.
• Drive capacity planning, autoscaling, and performance improvements.
• Build automation and operational tooling with Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Support secure infrastructure practices and cloud data migrations.

What you'll need

• 5–10 years of experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on programming or scripting experience.
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP core services.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Terraform and/or Ansible.
• Experience with observability and operational monitoring tools.
• Advanced Windows and Linux/Unix knowledge with incident response skills.

Nice to have

• Cloud certifications such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure certifications.
• Experience with chaos engineering or resilience testing.
• Multicloud or hybrid cloud deployment experience.
• Familiarity with SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
