Specialist Seller - Connected Maintenance - Public Sector

Overview

Drive enterprise sales of Samsara Connected Maintenance solutions for public-sector accounts. The role focuses on strategic deal execution, product adoption, and enabling sales growth across account teams.

What you'll do

• Co-develop an emerging product pipeline with account executives across major public-sector accounts.
• Drive pilot strategy and define success metrics for early product adoption.
• Lead executive-level discovery and storytelling for emerging products.
• Develop executive relationships within strategic named accounts.
• Manage Maintenance sales cycles from prospecting and qualification through close.
• Partner with go-to-market and Product teams to share insights and shape the roadmap.
• Build scalable sales frameworks, assets, and insights for the sales organization.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of complex, full-cycle enterprise solution sales experience.
• Proven quota over-achievement in complex accounts and $500,000+ ARR transactions.
• Experience working with line-of-business stakeholders in SLED or government entities.
• Comfort with strategic outbound prospecting.
• Strong interpersonal and customer communication skills.
• Ability to lead through influence in a dynamic environment.

• Overlay or new product launch experience.
• Experience influencing go-to-market strategy with Product and Marketing.
• Experience partnering strategically with senior account executives.
• Experience presenting to and influencing C-suite executives.
• Top-achievement awards such as President’s Club or Winner’s Circle.

Details

• Remote position open to candidates residing in the United States.
• Annual on-target earnings: $350,000 USD.
