Specialist Seller - Connected Maintenance - Public Sector

Overview

Drive enterprise sales of Samsara Connected Maintenance products for public-sector accounts. The role focuses on strategic deal execution, early product adoption, and influencing product and go-to-market strategy.

What you'll do

• Co-develop an emerging product pipeline with account executives across major public-sector accounts.
• Drive pilot strategy and define success metrics for early adoption.
• Lead executive-level discovery and storytelling for emerging products.
• Build executive relationships within strategic named accounts.
• Drive Maintenance sales cycles from prospecting and qualification through close.
• Develop scalable sales frameworks, assets, and insights.
• Partner with go-to-market and Product teams to shape the roadmap.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of complex, full-cycle enterprise solution sales experience.
• Consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts.
• Experience with transactions of $500,000 or more in annual recurring revenue.
• Experience working with line-of-business stakeholders in SLED or government entities.
• Strategic outbound prospecting skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead through influence in dynamic environments.

Nice to have

• Overlay or new product launch experience.
• Experience influencing go-to-market strategy with Product and Marketing.
• Experience partnering strategically with senior account executives and account teams.
• Experience presenting to and influencing C-suite executives.
• Top-achievement awards such as President's Club, Winner's Circle, or Top 10%.

Details

• Remote position open to candidates residing in the United States.
• Annual on-target earnings: $350,000 USD.
• Full-time position.
