Specialist, UX Designer

Overview

Join a newly forming Human-Centered Design team to shape digital tools and platforms, designing intuitive experiences for complex operational workflows and R&D innovation at Entegris.

What you'll do

• Own delivery for UX design for one or more product teams.
• Develop user-centered solutions for AI-enabled tools, determining how emerging AI patterns support operational workflows.
• Collaborate with Human-Centered Design Leadership and cross-functional partners (engineers, scientists, operations and business leaders) to understand business processes, identify opportunities to improve workflows, and design effective digital tools.
• Conduct research and create end-to-end design artifacts, including journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and annotated specs.
• Frame and communicate design rationale to developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Work closely with product teams to bring concepts to life and ensure usability and consistency.
• Participate in user validation, iteration, and team ceremonies throughout the product development cycle.
• Help shape our AI-forward design pipeline.
• Help shape our Design System by designing/establishing new components and patterns to meet business needs, coordinating with our software engineering team in Pune, India.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of UX design experience.
• A portfolio showcasing complex workflows, systems thinking, and enterprise-grade solutions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfort working with agile teams.
• Skilled at documenting features, workflows, and user needs.
• Able to align user experience with technical feasibility and business priorities.
