Sr. Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Engineer

Overview

Sr. Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Engineer to support, enhance, and scale an existing Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP implementation. The role covers data collection architecture, platform optimization, data quality, and governance.

What you'll do

• Own and support enterprise implementations of Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP for scalability, stability, and performance.
• Design and manage end-to-end data collection architecture using Adobe Web SDK, Edge Network, and datastreams.
• Architect and govern XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and merge policies for accurate profile stitching and audience qualification.
• Develop and maintain tagging solutions via AEP Data Collection across multi-domain environments.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and deploy Data Connections and Data Views in Customer Journey Analytics.
• Monitor and resolve data ingestion, identity, and cross-platform discrepancies across AEP, Analytics, CJA B2B, and downstream systems.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics implementation and data collection architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (Adobe Launch).
• Experience implementing or supporting Real-Time CDP solutions.
• Experience working with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web instrumentation.
• Experience with XDM schema design, data modeling, and event-based tracking.
