Sr. Business Analyst, HR Technology

Overview

Sr. Business Analyst, HR Technology focused on translating HR business needs into technical solutions and optimizing the Workday HCM platform.

What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, and document HR and cross-functional business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional designs and technical solutions for Workday and HR technology initiatives.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM Core modules and related business processes and rules.
• Advise stakeholders on Workday best practices and drive process improvements and automation aligned with compliance standards.
• Lead HR system projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Develop change management plans, training resources, and facilitate user adoption of new HR technologies.

What you'll need

• Relevant experience as a Business Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or similar role supporting and configuring Workday HCM Core.
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM, including business process framework, security, and core modules.
• Strong understanding of HCM core modules including Advanced Compensation, Performance & Development, Succession Planning, Absence Management, Benefits and Journeys.
• Extensive experience configuring and optimizing Workday modules, building reports, and managing integrations.
• Strong understanding of HR system architecture, integration concepts, data analytics, and cloud security principles.
• Experience with testing, documentation, and system support.
