Overview

Senior Software Engineer focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to build AI/ML solutions that enhance IT managed services across data center/network, digital workplace, and related offerings.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions for improved IT managed service performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find AI/ML integration opportunities in existing systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain scalable AI/ML models for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and automated incident response.
• Build NLP solutions for service desk operations and customer interactions.
• Create and optimize algorithms for data mining, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
• Work on computer vision projects for IT asset management and security surveillance.
• Develop AI-powered automation for network management and cybersecurity threat detection.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with deep learning, neural networks, and LLMs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or ML.
• Experience applying AI/ML in IT operations, network management, or cybersecurity contexts.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications.
• Understanding of ethical AI principles and practices.
