Senior Data Engineer role in Genpact's Data Engineering team, designing and maintaining large-scale data processing systems and pipelines.

What you'll do

• Design and develop scalable data processing systems
• Implement and maintain data pipelines to ingest, process, and store large volumes of data
• Optimize data infrastructure for performance and reliability
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and implement appropriate solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in big data engineering
• Mentor junior data engineers on best practices and technical skills

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics, or Masters in Data Science
• Required skills: Agile Methodology, Cloud Computing, Databricks Platform, Data Engineering, Snowflake (Platform), Data Literacy, Design Thinking, Client Relations, Storytelling, Collaboration Tools, Personal Effectiveness, Executive Presence, Inclusion
• English language proficiency: Proficient - C2
