Overview

Sr. Executive Specifications will drive account strategy and specification selling by expanding into untapped market segments, improving market intelligence, and supporting sales with sector tools and technical collaboration.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate untapped market segments.
• Increase market intelligence by updating customer and competitor data and apply the overall sales process to meet or exceed targets.
• Own the account by developing and executing account strategy aligned with business unit key account strategy.
• Establish and manage databases and processes to obtain, update, maintain, and evaluate market trends and related intelligence.
• Develop and implement specification selling tools for a sector approach to support sales.
• Work with the Technical Service team to ensure applicator development, defect-free installations, resolution of product complaints, and customer training.
• Exhibit safe behavior while driving and at project sites and offices, for self and others.

What you'll need

• Experience in developing and executing market and account strategies (years not specified).
