Strategic growth role to lead BrowserStack’s growth engine, owning business revenue outcomes in a B2B setting and partnering with founders to execute high-impact growth strategies.

What you'll do

• Work directly with founders to drive business revenue in a B2B setting.
• Build growth experiments to drive business results.
• Run the growth organization using numbers and analytics for reporting.
• Demonstrate ownership and agility focused on business revenue outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to execute growth strategies.

What you'll need

• 6–13 years of professional experience, preferably in a business ownership or consulting role.
• Exceptional understanding of business metrics and revenue models.
• Advanced executive communication and presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and translating data into actionable growth strategies.
• Solid familiarity with copywriting, visual design, and website optimization (preferred).
