Sr Principal Systems/Software Engineer

Overview

Lead software systems architecture and development across multiple platforms and organizations. Provide technical leadership, innovation, and mentoring for significant products and projects.

What you'll do

• Develop organization-wide software systems architectures, strategies, and methodologies.
• Recommend technologies, innovations, and development partner relationships aligned with technology roadmaps.
• Review designs and project activities for compliance with development standards.
• Design scalable software systems across multiple platform types.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less-experienced team members.
• Influence executive, business-unit, partner, and industry decisions on software architecture.
• Contribute to the technical community through whitepapers, patents, or significant innovations.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or an equivalent field.
• Experience architecting, designing, and developing software system design tools and languages.
• Experience leading overall software systems architecture for products and solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with software systems testing, test plans, debugging, and testing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
