Staff Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

Overview

Staff Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce) to design and deliver scalable Sales Cloud / Experience Cloud solutions, translating GTM requirements into Salesforce systems that improve efficiency and growth.

What you'll do

• Lead how GTM strategy is operationalized across tools, workflows, and data models.
• Propose and lead initiatives to implement new processes and optimize technologies and methodologies for GTM experience and simplification.
• Define and prioritize scoping by leading business and functional requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical designs and handle intakes and troubleshooting.
• Lead end-to-end implementation, evolution, and optimization of GTM process and workflows in Salesforce.

What you'll need

• 8-10 years of IT professional experience in software development with a focus on system software.
• 6+ years of experience on Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms.
• Proven experience driving system implementation, agile project management, and matching data flow (data flow).
• Experience implementing top-of-the-funnel processes such as lead, account, and partner relationship management.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes.
• Foundational understanding of agile project management.

Details

• Remote position within India, reporting to the Director CRM & PRM Applications in the IT Business Apps department.
• Preferred: Availability to support business-critical production issues 24x7 when necessary.
