Overview
Build AI-driven applications, agents, and workflow orchestration for marketing and go-to-market use cases. The role involves developing scalable full-stack, cloud-native, event-driven systems and owning technical initiatives through production.
What you'll do
- Build AI-driven applications, agents, and workflow orchestration for marketing and GTM use cases.
- Integrate LLMs, tools, APIs, business rules, and data into production workflows.
- Build scalable full-stack solutions across React, APIs, backend services, and data pipelines.
- Design and implement cloud-native, event-driven distributed systems.
- Own technical initiatives from design through production.
- Contribute to architecture, code reviews, testing, observability, and reliability.
- Simplify integrations and automate manual marketing processes.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Kotlin, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience building production applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, or tool calling.
- Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
- Understanding of event-driven architectures, APIs, messaging, and data pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience building AI agents or agent-based workflows.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or semantic search.
- Experience applying AI to marketing, sales, or GTM workflows.
- Understanding of enterprise security, privacy, and data governance.
- Experience improving system scalability, reliability, or developer productivity.

- Location: Bangalore, India.
- Most teams work from the office full time, with flexibility when it’s needed.
