Overview
Design, build, and operate production-grade AI and Generative AI solutions for HPE's Hybrid Cloud and GreenLake technology portfolio, using large language models and related cloud and MLOps technologies.
What you'll do
- Design and build production-grade AI and Generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs).
- Develop AI agents, copilots, and workflow automation systems that improve user productivity and business outcomes.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and foundation models for accuracy, performance, safety, and cost.
- Build scalable APIs, services, and platforms to serve AI models in production environments.
- Establish monitoring, observability, and governance mechanisms to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Drive experimentation, innovation, and adoption of emerging AI technologies across the organization.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering or closely related quantitative discipline.
- Typically, 6-9 years’ experience.
- Programming skills in Python, SQL, and Java or Go.
- AI/ML skills, including PyTorch and Scikit-learn.
- LangChain experience.
- Generative AI knowledge, including GPT, Claude, and Llama.
- Prompt Engineering skills.
- Fine-tuning experience.
- RAG experience.
- Agentic AI experience.
- Vector Databases experience.
- Cloud and MLOps skills.
- Public Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
- Kubernetes and Docker experience.
- MLflow and CI/CD experience.
Nice to have
- Storage Domain Skills, including Block/Object/File Storage.
- MLOps and LLMOps platform experience.
- GPU orchestration, model optimization, and inference scaling experience.
- Experience building platforms supporting multiple AI products and teams.
Details
- The role is hybrid.
- You will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
