Overview

Student Marketeer Team Lead to support in-field execution, coaching, inventory coordination, and recruitment/training for campus Student Marketeers in Los Angeles, CA.

What you'll do

• Support your team in the field with expert Brand and Product knowledge during SM missions.
• Motivate and inspire Student Marketeers (SMs) in the field and office.
• Drive trial-focused activities designed to grow the user base on and around campus.
• Demonstrate the 8-step sampling technique and Ace of Sales techniques (including P.I.P.E.) in-field.
• Provide on-shift in-field coaching to Student Marketeers to support trial and brand execution on campus and in-market.
• Support Campus Sales Audits, sampling/seeding planning, and RBU portal guidance and feedback.
• Manage Student Marketeer sampling & seeding inventory, fleet maintenance, fuel card management, and monthly branded asset analysis.

What you'll need

• At least 6 months of experience as a Student Marketeer in the Student Marketeer – Generalist role.
• Proven ability to lead a project and motivate team members.
• Passion for the brand and demonstrated ambassador of Brand and Product knowledge.
• Desire to coach fellow Student Marketeers.
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including some nights and weekends.
• University/college enrollment.
• Ability to lift and/or move items weighing 25 pounds or more as needed.

• Hourly rate: $20.25/hour.
