Overview
Supervisor for SAM & CLH who leads an IST-anchored shift as the operational lead and highest technical anchor for Corporate License Hosting (CLH) and high-risk EULA/contract gating.
What you'll do
- Lead the shift by allocating work across Level I/II/III analysts and holding turnaround targets.
- Own escalations, resolving issues or handing them over to the correct manager/client path.
- Run handovers into the next shift with explicit acceptance of open items.
- Monitor CLH server health and resolve daemon drops/service failures within a 4-hour SLA.
- Validate licence file changes during renewals/quantity changes and update hosting server configuration.
- Conduct and gate high-risk EULA and clickwrap reviews, routing signed agreements to formal legal cases.
What you'll need
- 6–10+ years in software asset management or software licensing operations, including shift/team lead or senior escalation experience.
- Hands-on CLH or floating-licence server experience (FlexNet or comparable daemons) and ability to edit licence configuration files.
- Ability to read concurrent-usage metrics from the Altair Floating License Monitor.
- Strong command of EULA/clickwrap review and the judgment to stop out-of-policy requests.
- Proven licence-position work reconciling entitlement against deployed/consumed usage.
- English communication skills to hold technical/compliance lines with clients and publishers.

- Location: Hyderabad, India.
- Shift timing includes the NAMER window (22:00–06:00 IST).
- Performance targets include CLH critical response within 4 hours and shift provisioning targets (software within 3 days; standard SaaS within 1 day).
