Support Engineer (Copilot)-1

Overview

Provide first-line support to Microsoft Copilot users, helping with login, access, troubleshooting, and guidance, and escalating complex issues.

What you'll do

• Deliver Level 1 support for Microsoft Copilot users.
• Troubleshoot login, access, and application availability issues.
• Help users with basic Copilot features and usage questions.
• Document incidents and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the Team Lead.
• Maintain FAQs and user guides.

What you'll need

• Have 1-3 years of IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Technical Support experience.
• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting skills.
• Be willing to learn Microsoft Copilot technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with ticketing systems.
