Overview
Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting recruitment strategy definition, execution, and deployment across multiple business units, alongside campus relations and employer branding activities.
What you'll do
- Pilot end-to-end recruitment for multiple business units, from need definition to candidate onboarding.
- Review candidate applications.
- Deploy recruitment strategies when needed, including direct sourcing approaches.
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates and ensure high-quality communication.
- Track recruitment progress regularly and analyze data to report status and identify improvement areas.
- Develop and animate campus relations, including campus management strategy and campus actions.
- Support employer branding content and events (e.g., presentations, campaign creation with marketing, recruitment events, and employer-branding platforms).
What you'll need
- Recently graduated with a Bac +5 from a business school or university (e.g., IEP).
- Have a first experience in recruitment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Provide structured reporting and use a data-driven approach to show visibility and improvement directions.
- Show strong organization, rigor, and ability to identify priorities.
- Be able to propose improvement ideas and ideally contribute to project implementation.
- Master AI tools and integrate them operationally into recruitment practices.
- Be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and professional social networks, especially LinkedIn.
