Overview

Lead a team delivering IT technology solutions and supervise technical support staff across Desktop Services, Network Communications and other IT disciplines.

• Supervise technical support staff across various IT disciplines, including Desktop Services and Network Communications.

What you'll need

• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in leadership supervising technical staff.
• Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, desktop services, or network communications.
• Demonstrated project management and service delivery experience.
• Excellence in team development and performance management.
• Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work various shifts as required.
• Experience with IT service level management and quality metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in flexible work arrangements.
• Physical ability to perform computer work for extended periods.
• Proficiency with various computer software applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions.
• Excellent attendance and reliability record.
