Overview

Lead a multi-product application engineering team for power transmission solutions, handling requirements, technical support, documentation, and customer projects.

What you’ll do

• Lead a multi-product application engineers team.
• Define product and service requirements from customer input and related applications.
• Provide technical training to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support technical claims (quality incidents) and performance issues.
• Clarify technical questions and recommend improvements.
• Ensure proper documentation of product performance using data collection and analysis.
• Lead and support customer-specific projects with stakeholders.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a technical discipline.
• Minimum five years’ experience in R&D, application engineering, and/or sales engineering.
• Solid product knowledge and understanding of relevant applications and industry-specific requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Proven leadership experience.
