Technical Product Lead - AI Neobank

Overview

Lead a product vertical end-to-end for an AI-native neobank superapp covering payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. The role combines product strategy, technical design, regulatory requirements, delivery, and launch for products handling real money.

What you'll do

• Own product strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities, and delivery.
• Shape technical designs across APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, security, and scalability.
• Drive trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulation, and user experience.
• Build KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy, and licensing requirements into products.
• Apply AI with evaluation, safeguards, human oversight, and failure handling.
• Ship products involving regulatory approvals, financial rails, and third-party partners.
• Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Finance on launch requirements.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning complex technical products from strategy through production.
• Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes, and distributed systems.
• Experience working closely with engineers on technical designs.
• Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, or another regulated product domain.
• Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including evaluation and reliability.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Engineering or highly technical product background.
• Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
• Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products.
