Telesales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication abilities and a passion for sales, customer engagement, and business growth. The position is open to professionals with 2–10 years of experience.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospects and generate qualified leads
• Explain products or services clearly and handle customer queries confidently
• Convert leads into sales through effective telesales and cold calling
• Maintain communication standards and follow calling protocols
• Support sales and business development efforts through consistent follow-up
• Provide helpful customer service during interactions
• Record call details and updates using basic computer tools
