Territory Sales Manager - Southwest - Commercial Specialty Tire

Overview

Territory Sales Manager role for Material Handling, Port and OTR product lines, covering a Southwest territory.

What you'll do

• Manage dealers, target accounts, and strategic customers in the assigned territory.
• Identify opportunities using customer needs analysis and competitor product knowledge.
• Advise accounts and sell the value proposition to increase revenue and profitability.
• Establish and grow business within assigned profitability targets.
• Collectively manage pricing strategy and implement it for target accounts.
• Conduct market intelligence to identify target accounts and geographic target areas.
• Make sales calls and hold face-to-face meetings with call plans.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree and 1-2+ years of related experience, or 3+ years if no degree.
• Field Sales experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to travel heavily (50-75%).
• Live in the Southwest region close to a major local airport.
• Legal authorization to work in the US (no visa sponsorship).

Details

• Remote-based Field Sales role covering Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Southern Utah, and West Texas.
• Conduct monthly Forecasting Evolution with the Regional Manager.
• Participate in sales meetings, product/training meetings, and trade events.
