Territory Sales Manager - Southwest - Commercial Specialty Tire

Overview

Territory Sales Manager for Material Handling, Port and OTR product lines in a remote-based field sales role.

The role covers a Southwest territory and manages dealer and strategic customer accounts to drive sales, forecasting, and pricing execution.

What you'll do

• Manage dealers, target accounts, and strategic customers within the assigned territory.
• Identify opportunities through customer needs analysis and competitor product knowledge.
• Advise target accounts on value proposition to sell and grow revenue and profitability.
• Develop and execute pricing strategy for target accounts.
• Identify opportunities for new product lines and support product strategy per account.
• Conduct market intelligence to identify target accounts and set geographic target areas.
• Make sales calls and conduct face-to-face meetings with call plans.
• Submit monthly forecasting updates with the Regional Manager and achieve sales targets.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1-2+ years of related experience, or 3+ years if no degree.
• Field Sales experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to travel heavily (50-75%).
• Live in the Southwest region close to a major local airport.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5+ years of experience, or 6+ years if no degree.
• Tire, Automotive or Industrial experience.
