What you'll do

• Achieve sales growth and profit goals within the territory.
• Meet sales growth and profit objectives for SikaFloor products and systems.
• Maintain, grow, and manage assigned accounts for customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Create demand through specification and owner account management.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities and close sales.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Sikafloor resinous products and systems.
• Administer and manage company credit and payment policies with the contractor network.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years sales experience in construction/contracting industry.
• Track record as a proven relationship builder.
• Ability to manage a large sales territory independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral & written communication skills.
• Strong planning and time management skills.
• Ability to travel over 50% by car, plane, or train.
• Valid driver license in good standing.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of flooring industry and flooring products preferred.

• Remote role with the ideal candidate located within the geography covered (S. Ohio, KY & TN).
• Territory coverage: South Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
