The role focuses on driving sales growth and profit goals, managing accounts, and closing leads across the Sikafloor product range.

What you'll do

• Achieve sales growth and profit objectives in the assigned territory.
• Sell all products and systems within the Sikafloor product range.
• Maintain, grow, and manage assigned accounts for customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Create demand through specification and owner account management.
• Follow up on and close leads and opportunities from internal teams.
• Manage company credit and payment policies with the contractor network.
• Maintain industry visibility through association activities.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the construction/contracting industry.
• Proven relationship-building track record.
• Ability to independently manage a large sales territory.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral & written communication, and planning/time management skills.
• Travel over 50% via car, plane, or train.
• Valid driver license in good standing.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of flooring industry and flooring products preferred.
