Territory Sales Representative

Overview

Territory Sales Representative role covering S. Ohio, KY & TN for Sika’s resinous flooring (Sikafloor) market, focused on sales growth and profit goals.

What you'll do

• Achieve sales growth and profit objectives in the territory.
• Meet sales growth and profit objectives for Sikafloor products and systems.
• Maintain, grow, and manage assigned accounts for customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Create demand through specification and owner account management.
• Follow up and close leads and opportunities from regional cross-selling teams and inside sales/marketing.
• Administer company credit and payment policies with the contractor network.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the construction/contracting industry.
• Track record as a proven relationship builder.
• Proven ability to independently manage a large sales territory.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral & written communication, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to travel over 50% via car, plane, or train.
• Valid driver license in good standing.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of flooring industry and flooring products preferred.
