What you'll do

• Achieve sales growth and profit goals for the territory.
• Meet sales growth and profit objectives for Sikafloor products and systems.
• Maintain, grow, and manage assigned accounts to support customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Create demand through specification and owner account management.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities and close sales.
• Maintain knowledge of Sikafloor resinous products and systems.

What you'll need

• 5+ years sales experience in the construction/contracting industry.
• Track record as a proven relationship builder.
• Ability to independently manage a large sales territory.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral & written communication, planning, and time management skills.
• Travel over 50% via car, plane, or train.
• Valid driver license in good standing.
• Valid driver license in good standing.

Details

• Remote role with the ideal candidate located within S. Ohio, KY & TN.
• Covers S. Ohio, KY & TN territory.
• Association activities to maintain a highly visible industry presence.
• Work with Sika A/R to administer and manage company credit and payment policies with the contractor network.
• Other duties assigned by the Regional Manager.
