UX Intern

Overview

Internship in UX design and UX research, working across different product teams to provide customer-derived insights and spread UX concepts across the company.

What you'll do

• Complete onboarding (Figma, etc.) and provide feedback on your onboarding experience and any gaps.
• Get to know your team and the rest of the organization, and gain a basic understanding of the problem space.
• Build a relationship with the global UX organization.
• Contribute to internal design guidelines based on best practices.
• Develop prototypes, screenshots and wireframes as needed.
• Quickly and thoughtfully incorporate team feedback into designs.
• Engage in workshops, interview sessions, survey development, usability testing, competitor analysis, and other research needed by product teams.
• Present your work to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Curiosity, a willingness to try new things and a love of learning.
• Awareness of UX design and UX research methods.
• Presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate in both written and spoken English.
