VP, Controlling, Area US

Overview

Lead controlling and group reporting for Sika’s Area USA, supporting financial processes, internal controls, and budgeting/forecasting while improving administrative and financial efficiency.

What you'll do

• Manage the group reporting process for the Area USA.
• Support administrative and financial procedures, internal controls, and BDP standards.
• Establish and improve quality, effectiveness, and efficiency in administrative and financial processes.
• Implement and develop a controlling system including the Internal Control System.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual group reporting requirements are met and compliant with the Controller Handbook.
• Prepare and coordinate the budget and forecast process.
• Frequently visit plants/companies to analyze local operations, economic efficiency, and cost structure.

What you'll need

• Have an accounting degree.
• Possess knowledge of IFRS Standards.
• Have knowledge and application of fiscal rules.
• Have experience in accounting, tax, legal, and internal audit areas.
• Have 5+ years experience in a multinational company.
• Be able to communicate with others analytically.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and ability to interpret financial results.
