Overview
As VP, Infrastructure Engineering, you will shape infrastructure platforms that enable engineering teams to build, deploy, and operate software at scale.
What you'll do
- Define and execute the long-term vision for Infrastructure Engineering.
- Lead and develop an Infrastructure Engineering organization, building leadership depth and succession.
- Drive evolution of engineering platforms across cloud infrastructure, data infrastructure, observability, and reliability engineering.
- Transform Infrastructure Engineering for an AI-first future by identifying AI-driven changes to software build and support.
- Accelerate global infrastructure expansion while ensuring reliability, security, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Champion modern Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and continuous improvements.
What you'll need
- Significant executive engineering leadership experience leading large, multi-layer engineering organizations.
- Proven success building and scaling Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, Developer Platforms, or Cloud Platform organizations in cloud-native SaaS.
- Experience operating highly available, globally distributed systems at internet scale.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, developer platforms, reliability engineering, and observability.
- Ability to define long-term technical strategy with measurable business outcomes.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership on organizational strategy and technology investment decisions.
- Passion for leveraging AI to transform engineering, infrastructure, and the software lifecycle.

- Work location: Remote - USA.
- Annual cash compensation range: $401,895 — $643,005 USD.
- In-person onboarding requirement: regional HubSpot office for in-person onboarding.
