What you'll do

• Drive sales and advisory activities for cross-asset financial market products, including foreign exchange, interest rates, commodities, and structured derivatives, to corporate and institutional clients.
• Develop and execute strategic client coverage plans to maximize revenue growth and expand market share within the global financial markets segment.
• Structure bespoke financial solutions tailored to clients' specific hedging, investment, and risk management objectives.
• Collaborate closely with trading, structuring, research, and relationship management teams to deliver comprehensive and seamless financial market solutions.
• Monitor global market trends, macroeconomic developments, and regulatory changes to provide timely, actionable insights and market intelligence to clients.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal risk management frameworks, compliance policies, and external regulatory standards.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field of study.
• Proven track record of professional experience in financial markets sales, advisory, or structuring within a major financial institution.
• Deep technical knowledge of cross-asset products, derivatives, and financial market mechanics.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and influence senior corporate decision-makers.
• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced trading floor environment.
