WFH - Associate, Customer Service Representative

Overview

WFH Associate Customer Service Representative role focused on handling customer inquiries, complaints, and account/customer information updates from home.

What you'll do

• Respond promptly and courteously to daily customer inquiries.
• Provide customers information about product features, products, and services.
• Help customers with problems, questions, and complaints.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional customer support.
• Engage with customers via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other applicable channels.
• Update customer files with accurate information and follow relevant guidelines.
• Deliver BGO and client metrics and expectations regularly.

What you'll need

• Required: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (India).
• Must have communication skills for a voice-based customer service role.
• Must be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Preferred: Previous experience as an Agent/Customer Service Representative.
• Customer-service orientation is required.
