Working Student - Digitalization Customer Requirements & Quality Processess for Quality Management (m/f/d)

Overview

Working student role supporting Quality Management digitalization for customer requirements at the Hannover‑Stöcken site.

What you'll do

• Transform unstructured customer documents into structured, traceable digital data using Microsoft tools.
• Structure customer requirements from PDFs, Word, and Excel documents.
• Transfer requirements into Microsoft Lists and Power Apps.
• Classify customer requirements (e.g., system, process, product requirements).
• Maintain Microsoft Lists for requirements management and support Power Apps solutions.
• Assist in Power Automate flows (notifications, approvals, updates, and changes).

What you'll need

• Ongoing studies in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Quality Management, Business Informatics, or a similar field.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Power BI reporting.
• Experience with Microsoft Lists, Power Automate, and SmartProcess.
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style.
