Overview

Manager – Cloud Infrastructure responsible for designing, delivering, governing, and operating cloud infrastructure services with a primary focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and secondary expertise in AWS for AMS clients.

What you'll do

• Define and execute cloud infrastructure strategies aligned to business and customer objectives.
• Lead design, implementation, and operational management of OCI environments, including AWS support oversight.
• Own end-to-end cloud infrastructure operations for AMS clients and ensure delivery within SLAs, KPIs, and operational targets.
• Oversee availability, performance, capacity, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and patch management.
• Drive major incident management, problem management, and root-cause remediation activities.
• Manage cloud budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.

What you'll need

• Primary expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) with hands-on experience in OCI environments.
• Secondary expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• 5+ years managing cloud infrastructure teams and operations.
• 10+ years of overall IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure architecture and administration, including networking, security, and identity management.
• Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Experience with cloud cost management and financial governance.
