NOC Engineer - Cloud

Overview

NOC Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support 24x7 cloud operations, including monitoring, incident response, and cloud networking across AWS and Azure.

What you'll do

• Monitor and support cloud infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, and platform services.
• Respond to alerts and incidents using NOC SOPs, escalation procedures, and runbooks.
• Perform incident triage and troubleshooting for cloud and infrastructure incidents (P1–P4).
• Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, DNS, load balancing, and networking issues across AWS and Azure.
• Support Major Incident Management (MIM) activities including bridge calls and service restoration.
• Maintain incident documentation, operational timelines, and stakeholder communications in ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in NOC, cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, network operations, SRE, or infrastructure support.
• Hands-on operational experience supporting AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with cloud networking concepts such as VPCs/VNets, subnets, routing tables, load balancers, DNS, VPNs, and security controls.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure monitoring and incident management processes.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring platforms such as Splunk, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Experience handling incidents, escalations, and service restoration in 24x7 operational environments.
• Linux and Windows server administration and troubleshooting experience.
