Cloud Automation Engineer – Vice President, Lead Cloud & Infra Engineering

Overview

Vice President, Cloud Automation Engineer (hands-on leadership) responsible for designing and developing automation platforms for multi-cloud infrastructure orchestration and provisioning.

What you'll do

• Design and build automated cloud foundations and infrastructure provisioning capabilities.
• Establish self-service provisioning platforms for public cloud environments.
• Implement policy-driven orchestration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Lead and support technical delivery across design and implementation phases.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers in development and architecture best practices.
• Define and document Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) for architectural alignment.
• Debug production application failures and participate across the SDLC.

What you'll need

• 10+ years hands-on experience building and designing applications using Python, Golang, and Terraform.
• Expertise in at least one public cloud platform: Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Proficiency with database technologies, preferably NoSQL, including modeling, testing, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Linux environments.
• Competency with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber/Gherkin, GoDog, or behave.
• Skills with version control (git) and CI/CD tools including Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
