Account Executive

Overview

Drive new customer acquisition for Bluehost by building outbound pipeline and converting small and medium-sized businesses into customers. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.

What you'll do

• Create outbound pipeline through cold calls, email, and social outreach.
• Identify and engage new SMB prospects.
• Qualify customer needs and move opportunities through the funnel.
• Manage discovery, objection handling, and deal execution through close.
• Acquire new customers and expand the SMB market footprint.
• Meet activity metrics and MRR targets.
• Position hosting solutions and close competitive opportunities.

What you'll need

• Proven success in outbound sales and new business acquisition.
• Experience in high-volume, metrics-driven sales.
• Full-cycle sales experience from prospecting to close.
• Strong discovery, communication, and closing skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain sales momentum.
• General understanding of hosting, WordPress, domains, or SaaS is a plus.
