Account Executive Lead - North America - Mid-Market

Overview

Lead the Mid-Market sales organization for U.S. accounts, owning revenue outcomes and team performance.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for U.S. Mid-Market accounts.
• Lead, coach, and scale a team of Mid-Market AEs.
• Own pipeline health and forecasting to improve conversion across funnel stages.
• Develop and refine sales playbooks, motions, and deal models for Mid-Market buyers.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Growth, and Customer Success.
• Build feedback loops to inform GTM strategy and product roadmap decisions.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience.
• Meaningful experience leading or scaling Mid-Market AE teams.
• Experience surpassing revenue targets in a Mid-Market or velocity-oriented environment.
• Strong command of sales metrics, funnel optimization, and forecasting.
• Experience selling technical, AI, or API-driven solutions to Director- and VP-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across teams and seniority levels.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments with high ownership.
