Account Executive, Talent Solutions- [1 year contract]

Overview

Talent Account Executive (Account Executive, Talent Solutions) to generate new business and expand client opportunities through inbound responses and outbound prospecting.

What you'll do

• Respond to inbound inquiries to pursue client opportunities.
• Prospect to build pipeline and develop personal relationships with prospects.
• Strategically approach target companies and teams and sell corporate recruitment solutions.
• Create reliable forecasts and provide transparent pipeline status to management.
• Close new business consistently at or above quota.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the territory and disseminate competitive information.
• Coach colleagues, share market insights with product and marketing, and solve problems as needed.

What you'll need

• At least 3+ years of applicable sales experience.
• Ability to multithread and sell to different business stakeholders.
• Experience handling CRM.
• Ability to manage CXO relationships and large enterprise accounts.
• Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills.
• Ability to assess business opportunities using data to inform decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple prospect situations while positioning against competitors.

Details

• Work location: hybrid, performed from home and a LinkedIn office on select days based on business needs.
• Travel required: approximately 40% of the time.
• Employment: 1 year contract.
