Accountant

About the role

We're hiring 2 Accountants to join our growing team in Bengaluru. You'll manage day-to-day accounting operations, handle invoicing and billing, and support our sales team with accurate financial documentation. If you have 1–2 years of experience in a sales environment or strong foundational accounting skills, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

• Manage invoices, bills, and quotations using Tally and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare and process sales-related accounting documents including GST compliance and payment tracking
• Reconcile accounts and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding invoices and payments
• Generate financial reports and statements using MS Office and MS Word
• Coordinate with the sales team to resolve billing discrepancies and support month-end closures

What we're looking for

• 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience in a sales-driven environment (freshers with strong skills are also welcome)
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple invoicing and billing tasks simultaneously
• Basic understanding of GST, invoicing processes, and sales accounting workflows

Nice to have

• Experience with inventory or order-to-cash processes
• Familiarity with accounting software beyond Tally
