Overview

Accounts Payable Analyst responsible for reviewing, processing, and reconciling vendor invoices and payments, ensuring compliance and timely vendor settlements.

What you'll do

• Review and process PO and non-PO invoices in the AP ERP.
• Perform three-way matching and two-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Manage end-to-end accounts payable transactions for global vendors across regions.
• Process and verify invoice, PO, and payment documentation accuracy per established procedures.
• Ensure timely vendor payments by following payment terms and schedules and minimizing late fees.
• Resolve invoice, payment, or statement discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Process payments via checks, ACH, or wire transfers and support month-end close.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance/accounting role.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MSD).
• Fluency in written and verbal communication.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Word).
• Flexibility with shifts.
