The Corporate Accounting team is looking for a highly motivated Accountant to join a collaborative and growing team, reporting to the Manager, Corporate Accounting (Shared Services). The role combines operational accounting, monthly close procedures, and process improvement work.

What you'll do

  • Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of all corporate bank accounts against GL ledgers; post FX journals, bank fees, and interest income while driving daily clearing of open line items by coordinating with AP, AR, and payroll teams.
  • Research purchase orders and vendor contracts to verify invoice terms, classify prepayment transactions, and maintain accurate monthly amortization schedules.
  • Calculate, verify, and post monthly journal entries for various expense accruals, and perform other close activities in accordance with the close schedule to ensure full accounting compliance.
  • Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations, post recurring and month-end journal entries, and research and resolve reconciling variances in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and support internal and external audit requests by preparing supporting schedules, balance sheet roll-forwards, and transaction documentation.
  • Perform flux/variance analysis on key GL accounts.
  • Participate directly in SOX controls testing, internal audits, and external audits by preparing supporting schedules, transaction documentation, and responding to requests in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Drive continuous process improvements across cash, prepaid and expense accounting and reduce close cycle times.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and actively contribute to management-led strategic projects and initiatives.

What you'll need

  • Master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field with a strong focus on accounting.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally managing accounting operations within a fast-growing company.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and standard accounting principles, with strong expertise in account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise-grade ERP system and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on financial controlling and process improvements.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively across global, cross-functional teams and internal business units.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, so you can present financial information clearly.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize tasks while staying highly organized, detailed, and accurate.
  • A collaborative team player who is eager to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Background in public accounting, software, or the SaaS industry.
