Overview

Join the Global Entity Management team as an Associate supporting the operation, governance and compliance of entities across international jurisdictions. The role involves coordination with auditors, legal counsel, tax advisors and other global service providers.

What you'll do

• Oversee operations across entities in 8+ international jurisdictions.
• Own regulatory filings and compliance calendars.
• Support taxation matters across multiple regimes.
• Support accounting, financial reporting and audit processes.
• Coordinate with corporate service providers, auditors, legal counsel and tax consultants.
• Streamline processes and strengthen governance systems.
• Prepare updates for senior management on entity structure compliance.

What you'll need

• MBA, preferably in Finance, from a premier institute.
• Graduation in 2025 or 2026.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented working style.
• Ability to manage multiple jurisdictions and deadlines.
• Prior experience is not required.

Nice to have

• Internship exposure to accounting, taxation, compliance or financial services.
