Accounting Advisor

Overview

Accounting Advisor role supporting invoicing accuracy, billing compliance and reconciliations for Ayvens.

What you'll do

• Generate invoices and credit notes in the system in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoicing as per the signed contract with customers.
• Ensure all invoicing procedures comply with company policies and GST E-invoicing conditions.
• Work closely with Collection / Sales and Operations teams to ensure accurate billing information, internal customer satisfaction and minimize escalations.
• Assist in preparing reconciliations for monthly reporting and statutory audit.
• Assist in testing for system developments.
