Accounts Executive

We’re seeking an Accounts and Finance Executive to join our team on a Full-time OnSite basis. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day accounting and help maintain accurate financial records to ensure timely reporting and smooth business operations. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to manage invoices, reconcile accounts, and prepare documentation that supports compliance and informed decision-making. Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment-related entries with strong attention to accuracy and timelines.
• Reconcile bank statements and account balances to ensure records are complete and error-free.
• Handle month-end and period-end reporting support, including compiling data and assisting with MIS as required.
• Maintain discipline in documentation, including audit trails and proper filing of financial records.
• Support GST/TDS and compliance-related activities by ensuring correct review and documentation (where applicable).
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth closure of accounting cycles.
• Generate reports and track financial status using tools such as MS Excel, Tally, Zoho, and QuickBooks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, MS Excel, and QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of accounting basics, reconciliation processes, and invoice/payment workflows.
• Excellent numerical accuracy, organization, and ability to maintain records with consistency.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present it clearly in reports.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proof of reliability and confidentiality in handling financial information.
