About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely accounting processes, and supporting the overall financial operations. Your expertise in Tally ERP 9, Tally with GST, and GST Compliances will be crucial in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle all Accounts Payable Management tasks, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Ensure TDS compliance and manage related filings and reporting
- Assist in Financial Analysis and provide insights to support decision-making
- Proficiently use Accounting Software: Tally, Tally Prime to maintain the company's financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting-related issues and provide support as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient in Tally ERP 9, Tally with GST, and GST Compliances
- Strong understanding of Account Management and Accounts Payable Management
- Excellent skills in Bank Reconciliation and financial record-keeping
- Familiarity with TDS and related compliance requirements
- Ability to perform Financial Analysis and provide meaningful insights
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role
