Accounts Payable- DM/Manager- Noida

Overview

Accounts Payable DM/Manager role at Paytm Payments Services focused on managing payables and related accounting operations, including reconciliations and vendor payment management.

What you'll do

• Manage account payables and receivables plus accounting operations and daily reconciliations of revenue and expense items.
• Handle procure-to-pay accounting, GL accounting, fixed assets accounting, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Plan and drive month/quarter/year-end accounts closing activities within agreed timelines.
• Manage vendor payment activities, including timely clearance and resolving vendor-related issues.
• Ensure compliance for direct/indirect taxes with required approvals per company policy.
• Maintain and extract MIS reports at cost center/profit center level.
• Verify/vouch custom-related documents such as bill of entry, bill of lading/airway bill, import license, and LC documents.

What you'll need

• Minimum 6 to 10 years of accounting experience in the payable domain.
• Knowledge of accounting entries, GST, TDS, and foreign remittances.
• Experience working in SAP Accounting.
• Ability to handle statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and other audits as required.
• Knowledge of accrual and provisioning concepts and MIS reporting at cost/profit center level.
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Post-graduation in finance or CA / CA intermediate qualification.
